Yes, Highgate Park has site rules, a copy of which is provided to all potential home owners for agreement before purchase.
Yes, specifications and sizes allowed, together with a list of authorised suppliers can be obtained from the site office.
No, there is no age limit: we just ask that all holiday homes are maintained to a very high standard, in keeping with the Park.
Yes. A commission fee is payable to the Park upon completion. All information is available from the sales office.
